Fourth week of 366 project

The week started off pretty miserable...I had awful sinus congestion combined with a headache that just wouldn't go away.  Thankfully, it started to go away at the beginning of the week, and I'm feeling almost 100% now.  The first few images from this week aren't that great.  The second half of my week was much better.  I'm developing a collection of "Bug-o-graphy" with a mechanical HEX bug that my husband got as a Christmas gift.  It's been fun coming up with situations for this little bug, and I've got lots more to photograph in the days to come.

Third Week of 366 Project

I've been sick for most of this week, each day getting progressively worse.  I'm hoping that I'll turn the corner soon and not sneeze every time I try to take a picture :)  Thanks for checking out my blog!  Welcome to all my new fans and many thanks to all my loyal fans!!

First week of my 366 project

To start the New Year off right, I've decided to begin a 366 project.  I will take a picture each day of 2012.  I hope that through this project I will boost my knowledge of my camera and photography, stretch my creativity, and discover the beauty of our Earth.  I'm very excited about this!  I know it's going to be tough, but well worth it.

Here are my first 6 days of images...the theme of the week is hot and cold (I'm not sure if I'll have a theme each week...we'll see!):
